This is just my opinion, but as the rest are comfortable in their current positions, I believe that Rishaw and Sowell should be given first crack at the job; if they are unable to win it, then start to shuffle around a bit.

Bradley Sowell is the perfect size at 6'6 320 or so, and was considered Mike's backup last season; luckily O never burned his RS. He should get a lot of reps and a chance this spring.

Seen every home game this season, and the final 12 minutes was the worst we have played all season. NO ONE played well. I hope I am right when I say that this was the exception.

my question about the possibility of Freeze is his experience/ability as a QB coach, since that is the only position coach spot not filled currently. That has to be taken into account.

IMO the fact that he is interviewing shows that he has significant interest in the job, an interest that may outweigh monetary gain.
