One thing is certain; state hasn't faced a good defense yet and they have a tendency to give up points late. For me it's hard to tell how good they are. Polls mean nothing to me right now. As deep as the SEC west is of talent, it wouldn't shock me a bit if the west champ had two or more losses.

I thought the most bogus call all night was the holding call on Treadwell that negated the TD run.

It might be just me, but I thought OM had an agenda to establish running the ball between the tackles from the start of the game. I thought they did it well throughout the game. That physical presence has been lacking in that respect all season, so I was pleased to see it improve. Could it be better...

Agreed. I don't think we've played a quality opponent. I'm worried about our o-line. I have some concerns about the d-line but I think the talent of our DBs will allow some stacking up in the box.

ULL looked like a well coached and well prepared team.

The pass protection looks great. The run blocking leaves some to be desired!

Great defenses create turnovers.
