Did I miss the explanation prior to the game? There was no mention of him in the Sunday press conference

I usually get to the stadium in time to watch the team go thru warm-ups. I commented to those around me that the team looked "flat" while going thru the warm up routines. I expected them to be fired up after the win at FLA but I suppose this too is part of our problem.
