Just home from seeing The Blindside. Very good, stirring movie. It deviated a bit from the true early history as chronicled in the book, but most viewers would never notice. For the Rebel Faithful, however, I can't help wondering what it would have been like to see the real North Memphis streets fro...

My guess is that Mike is proud of Blindside (book and movie) since it portrays his very rough roots in that part of Memphis and demonstrates the things a person can accomplish given the opportunity.
