He has not improved one play call since he took over a couple of decades ago. I've been more than ready for a long time for the voice of Ole Miss not to sound like somebody who just fell off a turnip truck.

And speaking of announcers, one of those ESPN talking heads sure doesn't want Ole Miss to go to the playoffs. Kept saying over and over that if Ole Miss won out and was SEC champ, they wouldn't make it. If the committee pays attention to the metrics, there's no way an SEC Champ wouldn't go with two losses. SOS alone would do the trick.

Totally disagree.. Think he does a great job of explaining the action as fast to real time as he can... Does a really good job with basketball as well..

I like Kellum!!! I love his enthusiasm!!!! I just thought his "slip" was funny:)

I am a little confused by this post. Auburn was leading the SEC at converting on third down (one of the few things that they have done well this year). We held them to 2 of 15 on third down which would be excellent against any team but is almost unbelievable against the SEC leader offensively in that category. Ole Miss has certainly had trouble with third down defense at times this year, but it was a strong point on Saturday against Auburn.

I hope I'm wrong, but Kelly seems to be digressing under the coaching staff. He a great athlete, and I know he's better than he looked today.

Arkansas will be tough! It's a good thing we seem to play better at home. Hotty Toddy!

Chad Kelly’s decision- making has seemed off and Saturday he appeared to be forcing the long ball. Kelly has thrown at least two interceptions in the past three games . it will be interesting to see how Kelly’s decision-making plays a role in a critical situations going forward. But not sure how Kelly's decisions are a reflection of coaching.

I'm old enough to remember some of the decisions that John Fourcade would make from time to time, thinking he could always do it all by himself. I get flashes of that on certain decisions Kelly makes. But I think Kelly has more talent than Fourcade had.

Correct... You can only teach them how to make the reads, they have to make them...
