What will our defensive game plan be against LSU?

Based on Bama and Arky, I say the key to beating LSU is stopping Fournette. But both of these teams had decent or better secondaries that could cover receivers just in case LSU QB Harris managed to throw a pass in their vicinity. I'm worried that our secondary, based on recent play, will be shredded by the subpar Harris. I guess we have to stop the known threat Fournette and pray our DBs don't turn Harris into a Manning.

The key is getting them in passing situations. Harris is actually pretty decent in play action, because Fournette takes up so much attention and they have two very talented receivers who can make plays in a one-on-one. Arkansas was able to get them in 3rd and longs, where LSU's banged up OL had a hard time protecting.

Wommack called the Giants DC this morning. He likes that "stop the run" defense. He wanted to know if the Giants were playing man, cover 1, cover 2, or cover 3.

He is sure that he can make the Tiger QB look like Johnny Unitas. He just wants some assurance from someone else.

I am not so sure that 11 in the box is a bad idea...
