It's a little long but worth the read. I was there during his time and at the end. Saw him many a day at Smitty's and he was very nice and spoke to everybody.

I ran into him not too long ago in Rebel Rags. He was looking for a dog collar. Had a good conversation. Still same ole guy.

Billy is a good guy. A Rebel through and through. I hated the way he was hung out to dry by turner. What a pos. Brewer could get his guys to run through walls for him. Have always liked Billy.
