Listening to AM56 here in Memphis, and Markel Crawford was interviewed. They were asking him about transferring to Ole Miss. He said AK had started recruiting him in 2011, and said how often AK and staff would be at his games. Said one time he was hurt, and couldn't play, and was just sitting on the bench doing whatever he could for the team, as in passing out water. Crawford said AK and staff came to his game, knowing he couldn't play, just to give him encouragement. So for all u that like saying how AK is a lazy recruiter, well, sounds like u could be wrong.

Who ever said that, Jim? Ever?

It's about his inability to get to the tourney. I don't remember anyone ever saying he didn't work hard at his job. Some of us think he's not good a certain aspects of his job, but we don't deny his effort.

Think it's been said on here by a few. I think he' gonna prove most on here wrong. Now that he has something that doesn't house squirrels and chipmunks, and leaked with a good rain, the talent level will improve, and that's already happening. Plus, on top of better talent, hopefully higher basketball IQ also. But the talent is improving. We have 4 starters coming back from a 22 win team. 2 of those starters won't be starting, as we will probably have 3 new starters. Plus Neal transferred seeing his minutes probably would've been minimal. And it's real early, but the next recruiting class could match or eclipse the last class judging on how it's going so for. We are talking to some highly ranked players.
