I was at work today and a coworker told me he was hearing that Jevean Snead broke his collar bone in practice. He could not confirm it. Has anyone heard anything?

Snead is not hurt. Both Neal and Col on Rivals have dispelled said rumor on their site. They said that if his collar is broken he is doing a hellava acting job b/c he is still out there at practice running and throwing. Plus he is not allowed to be hit.

That rumor was started by a state jerk on the Spirit public board. Their jealousy knows no bounds, and they will stop at nothing to try and rain on our parade. Shame on them.

If Jevan Snead were really hurt it'd be all over ESPN, Sports Illustrated, etc.

If you ONLY hear something on message boards (especially State or Bama boards) then you know it's a load of crap.
Don't try to teach a pig to sing. They'll call you silly names and get all bitter about head coach.

Well, there was obviously nothing fishy about today's practice b/c I am sure the report I just read would have mentioned it.

Yea i was on a Hog board and they were laughing and cutting up and saying WELL there is Nutts excuse for the high expectations being lowered
In Round 1 of the SEC vs. the Big 12, now known nationally as the Flag Football League, Texas Tech did nothing against Ole Miss to dispel the national perception that Big 12 teams couldn't stop their mail, much less an ambulatory offense.
