Anybody else want to get banned today?
I've already had to delete posts and ban many of you. If you are going to get nasty and rude, go do it on Hogville.

Hey Cajun, seems like (and I don't know this for certain) you might have had to delete a post or two of mine, and I'm sorry.
I totally lost my grip, and thank you for allowing me to stay on board.

If I deleted one of yours it was because it was in a thread that had a bunch of slinging going on that was started by pig troll venom. I did not single you out (or anyone else) so don't worry about it and sorry to anyone else that had posts deleted but sometimes it's just easier to remove the thread entirely than edit them.OMNOB wrote:Hey Cajun, seems like (and I don't know this for certain) you might have had to delete a post or two of mine, and I'm sorry.

And you think you will beat BAMA, LOL. Listen Ole Miss is a good team, but they are no studs. They were a little overrated. I would rank them #22, but come on you can't play with Bama or LSU, and if you don't fix that offense you might not be better then Arkansas or Auburn.
Thanks I appreciate where you supported you assinin statement with facts. You are right about one thing. If Bama brings their referees with them like they always seem to do against Ole Miss it will be a long day. As far as your statement about LSU it's completely stupid and without validity.bama3924 wrote:And you think you will beat BAMA, LOL. Listen Ole Miss is a good team, but they are no studs. Is there a single person in the Rebel world who remotely understands how college football works? I have been reading threads for a while now, and I am absolutely astonished. About 10% of posts, at best, show a glimmer of realism. There are teams that win and teams that have good seasons. Recently, since Saban arrived at LSUx, the tigahs have become a team that wins. Alabama is a team that wins. The Rebs are a team that occasionally has a good season.JoeRebel wrote:Thanks I appreciate where you supported you assinin statement with facts. A preseason ranking based on an upset and a bowl game is not enough to hang your hat on. When you lose to an unranked opponent, look like a jr. high team for 3.5 quarters against Memphis, and get an SI cover, you are not a great team. Depth, talent, execution, coaching, recruiting, and a winning mind set are what make you a great team. With the rebs, I see "talent" as the only thing on that list.
A dose of reality was in order.

I feel I was cordial in my thread I created. Will it get deleted? Will I get banned? THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME.

I don't care how "cordial" you think you were, you should get banned just because your a stupid a$$hole. I think the worst LSU fans have better footbal sense than you. Come to think of it, better any kind of sense.Agent of Chaos 2 wrote:I feel I was cordial in my thread I created. Will it get deleted? Will I get banned? THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME.
Rule #1.......Don't panik
I've joined all the SEC boards because I enjoy reading what other fans have to say about their own team, and about the Razorbacks. I seldom post here, because it seems that you guys are a little touchy about hearing from a Razorback fan. I can certainly understand why, and while I do dog HDN on my home board, I don't believe I've ever stepped out of line here. I try not to dirty up someone else's house, but from time to time there are discussions that I'd like to opine on. I don't because I know I'll just be passed off as another troll. Maybe one day when the dust settles down, we'll be able to dicuss football from both positive and critical perspectives without it getting to a personal level.

We are not touchy, just sick and tired of pig fans coming over here to tell us "I told you so" and flaming on Coach Nutt every time we lose a game or something happens. WE HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME and although unpopular and unfathomable to your fan base, WE DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK. Let us learn our own lessons. We are big boys, we can handle it.NorCalHog wrote:I've joined all the SEC boards because I enjoy reading what other fans have to say about their own team, and about the Razorbacks. After our loss Thursday night, it was another fine example of how low your fans will sink to drive their point home. Post those thoughts all you want on Hogville, but keep them off of our site, this is after all an Ole Miss Rebel site. It is not a disgruntled, I'm going to act like a 2 yr old site for pig fans. Proof of that is the fact that there are two threads on Hogville in the SEC section dedicated to our rebelfaithful site and how they cannot believe that we are banning them for coming over here to tell us how wrong we are for hiring Coach Nutt. Go to the SEC section on Hogville and count how many threads since last Thursday are about Ole Miss. You guys delight in our losses. Who is obsessed with who? Maybe this weekend instead of being a good SEC Fan, I'll cheer for the Aggies. Gig'em!!!
As for not dirtying our home, we appreciate that and you are welcome to come over here any time and have a discussion with us as long as it is civil. As for a personal level, that will be for your fans to decide. We do not take cheap shots over and over at other teams and those of us on this board do not go to other schools boards and pick fights. We have a few good Hog fans who we enjoy being part of the board, but when 99% of the pigs that come over here spew the same thoughts over and over it gets old and has been so for over a year.
Please do not take this as a personal shot to you because it isn't. It is merely another, in a long line of them, summary of why we are tired of your fan base. We welcome you and Spudhog and HogCorleone and any other sane fan that wants to come discuss football or any other sport.
Hotty Toddy,

I have been a long time Ole Miss fan, but I am so sick of these people being so touchy about their team. My son goes to the University of Alabama and actually his choices came down to Ole Miss and Ala. Yesterday at the grove he was sitting in a tent waiting for his friend (who is an Ole Miss student) to return. Some Ole Miss fans started in on him and told him to leave, he got up to leave and got punched in the face as did his friend that was with him. Needless to say I think these irate fans are getting out of control. My son did not have anything to do with Ole Miss loosing the game and I don't think that this group of Ole Miss fans was able to handle the loss with class. I was going to travel to the Grove for a few games this year, but after hearing about the kid's behavior down there I think I will just stay home. Too bad college sports has gotten to this point and the kids can't take loss very well. I think that these blogs let them get worked up and then by game time things are already out of hand for whoever looses. There is way too much serious trash talk.
