Saban allowed Texas to stay in game by shutting offense down in 3rd quarter. Bad coaching move by the genius. You always go for jugular against inferior opponent, which Texas was with or without Colt.

I know this won't be a popular opinion around here, but I really think that if McCoy was in the game Texas would have been leading at halftime and that would have changed the entire game.
You have to think that if McCoy is in that Texas most likely would have scored on their first drive when they got down around the 5 yard line. Also, if McCoy is in you can take away that intercepted shovel pass that was returned for a TD right before the half. Bama's offense did not impress at all against Texas' defense. Their D-Line put pressure on McElroy and pretty much made him ineffective.
