Hope they win against Arizona. Maybe we can actually see him in some decent plays.

YES! now I have a team to pull for in the playoffs - only like the Saints with Duece, and Den & NYG are at home watching...

Heard he was only going to be in an honorary captain's role for the Arizona game. I hope we can see him run that ball again.

Either way, class move by Saints. Still probably won't root for them unless he actually plays...but class move.

Man that's great...good for him. I hope he steamrolls some DB.

ESPN orginally had an article that sais he might play, now they took that one down and said he was an honorary captain. Either way the dome will go ape when he runs out.

If they do make it to the Super Bowl (which I doubt), he deserves to be there. No one deserves the ring more than Duece. Good move Saints, I didnt think you had it in you.

TOTALLY underwhelming use of Deuce,,,he should have been dressed and led them out...even as it was Hollywood Bush couldn't even allow him his moment..he jumped in front of Deuce with that stupid bat in his hand...

GO Cardinals!

Glad tha Saints kicked tail! But I do hope we see Deuce suit up soon. I suspect they wanted him to practice with the team before he actually played... But it may have been totally to inspire the fans and team. Either way it worked!

He says he is, either way I'm glad hes got a chance to go Super Bowling. He was the heart beat of the Saints for years, thus ruining his knees. Also his foundation - Catch 22 does great work.

Healthy or not, let him dress instead of putting him in that jogging suit that the sideline posse wears. Let him pull those pads over his shoulder, tape up and walk onto that field as a part of the team...why not, he is on the roster! And if the Saints are ahead and they get to first and goal...put a couple of defensive tackles in the backfield to blow a hole wide open and let Deuce carry that ball into the end zone...the roof would literally blow off of that dome and even I would become a Saint!

Yeah they love him in NOLA. He and Archie are the most popular players of all time there
