I am not very enamored with the way he is handling our starting QB right now and I will vent when I disagree with him, but he has an enormous amount of "grace" built up with me and his haters can kiss my white ass. He is OUR coach and I love the guy!
^^^^^THIS!!! (interweb high-five here)
Let's play ball......Hotty freakin toddy!!!!

I agree 100%! I really like him, and i LOVE his emotion. I'll trade this early loss for a win in T-town!!!

Im glad you have him to
You're a bright one, aren't you? I particularly enjoyed your very first post here which was "Nutt can't beat Tennessee".
These bacon trolls are like stray cats........feed them and they stay around awhile. Kick the S#%* out of them and they just hover in the neighbor's yard watching for loose morsels so they can sneak back over while no one is watching. Sad, really.....

If he's made us look bad I guess that YOUR coach has made you look awful since nutt's record at ole miss is better than petrino's at arkansas.[/quote
Wait and watch. Petrino is a much better play caller and coach. He has more than 5 plays. lol
But you don't get it. We would rather have a coach with 18 years of winning experience than one with a bunch of fancy plays. Your priority is different. I understand. We want to win. You want to be entertained.
I'm sorry, but I thought it was made perfectly clear that, win or lose against J-State, Coach Nutt was NOT scheduled to be on the air after the first game. And the ridiculous little conspiracy theories that he intentionally skipped the first show because of the loss to J-State is just that...RIDICULOUS.

"My name is Lou Holtz and I apologize for the performance I was just apart of. I am embarrassed and sincerely hope the people of Arkansas can forgive me".
I have never heard of a coach not making his own coaches show. Sure there's a logical explanation.
I thought Lou Holtz was a passenger on the Ark that Noah built? Ironically, that would be the last time Lou wasn't on a "sinking ship."

ha. Many of ways to take this one. Ironically enough. He was coaching for the jets and left them in mid season to then coach here at Ark. Sounds like somone else we know:) Lou was fired from here. Now all he talks about is ND and South Carolina.
I love his emotion and how he gets us all jacked up for a game. I think he would be the first to admit the passion for the game wasn't there after the first half against JSU and continued on through Vandy. However, I really believe this team will get fired up and win some BIG games this year !
