There's been a rumor out there for several months that we DO have the $$$ for a buyout should the time come.

I can't imagine that Boone would sign a contract that he couldn't afford to get out from under. That would be tough for me to understand. You just can't do that in the SEC.

and a BANKER..havent met 1 yet who signed a contract that was not in his favor 8)
