10+ yrs - hes gone as far as he can and we have been regressing since losing to TX in the SR
The mental toughness comes from the HC/staff and we dont seem to have any

Anyone that says yes....I would really have to question their true baseball knowledge. And I'm not meaning, "I played for twenty three years....."or "I've coached my son's league team for a long time....." Either way save the rants "yes-men"....not going to debate.
