Looking forward to a great matchup Saturday night in which promises to be a wild atmosphere. Good Luck to both schools. Any questions about the Texas team, ask away.

Shut up, sip. Can't you see nobody wants you here. SEC country, loser-boy. You don't belong.

Big surprise. You're from Austin. And your defending the sips.

Uh, chuck is FROM Mississippi. He lives in Austin. Just like I'm from GA, but Lived in Mississippi. We know where Chuck's loyalties are. He also exhibits proper decorum, something ALL posters here need to keep in mind!TXrebellion wrote:Big surprise. You're from Austin. And your defending the sips.

I have been an Ole Miss Rebel for five decades...lived in Austin for 8 years. I do like Austin. Not a fan of University of Texas football program. But I am a fan of human decency and manners and like all Rebels I welcome all to come to Oxford and experience the beauty and charm and uniqueness that is the most beautiful college campus of all.TXrebellion wrote:Big surprise. And I don't go to other school boards and trash LSU or Mississippi State.
You are welcome to bring your opinions here, but bring them with dignity and civility and manners or you are really only hurting your own University...and Texas A& M, like Texas, is a fine university and if Longhorns use our forum to trash Aggies I will respond to them in kind.

Life long Longhorn here. Good luck to y'all in tomorrow night's game, I'm looking forward to it. I envy our fans that are going to Oxford, from all I hear it's a great place to experience college football.
Again, good luck & hoping you guys nothing but the best of success in 2012.
Hook 'em.
p.s. A special thanks for our original Texas flag- a gift from your fine University in the early 60s when I was a kid. A beautiful gift from a class group. We'll always be sincerely thankful.
Again, good luck & hoping you guys nothing but the best of success in 2012.

You're welcome...you can also thank us for the Statue on top of the Capitol Building in downtown Austin! And at least a couple of us died at the Alamo.Horn2Run wrote:Life long Longhorn here. Come on Group Hug everybody...I'm feeling the love!!!
Man this is going to be the slowest two hours ever...can't wait to get out of here, go pick up little Eli and begin this fine weekend. Wife is away at a wedding event in Oklahoma..wish she was here to cheer on the Rebs Canadian style, but she will be listening for scores and pulling for us up there.
She wrote a piece on the Grove for Culture Map (an online Austin magazine) after the Central Arkansas game.
