That was an incredible game you guys gave us!!! I was very impressed with the intensity and fire that you guys played with. Your defense seriously came to play and they hit HARD!!! Your team is a lot better than anyone gives you credit. No doubt you will beat teams that most say you shouldn't...
Hopefully the Aggie fans that were there did us right in the sportsmanship world too...
See you next year in Aggieland... If you can make the trip it is well worth it. Great venue and even better fans

And about the aggie fans most were cool but there were some sitting behind me last night that was cursing and screaming stupid things but that's with any fanbase. I was sitting in sec b row 60. Good luck the rest of the year and please beat the H3ll out of Mississippi State!

The wife and I had a good time in Oxford. Every Rebel fan I encountered was proper and respectful to both of us, although there were quite a few youngsters very, very drunk. Our defense played fair to bad. But you'll notice it was much better than our retarded little cousins from Austin. I was a little disappointed with our offense even though Johnny Football ran the ball as he pleased.
Y'all put forth nice effort. The atmosphere was much better than the Big 1?. V-H could use another 20,000 seats to get it up to acceptable SEC levels. You'll absolutely love Kyle Field and College Station and the warm reception you'll get next season. Hope you all make it. Gig'em.

I wondered if you would show your face on this board after all your arrogant posts that you were going to win the game by at least three touchdowns and score as many points as Texas did. Without Johnny Manziel's incredible performance, you're not even in the game, so I give him all credit for being the talent he is. However, as far as I'm concerned, you're not welcome on this board saying that VHS needs another 20,000 seats to get it up to acceptable SEC levels. What the hell do you really know about the history and traditions of the SEC, Johnny-Come-Lately? Your patronizing attitude toward our team and our facilities speaks volumes about what kind of sports fan you really are. You know you were miraculously fortunate to pull the game with us out of the fire. I hope you bet on A & M and lost a lot of money. (BTW, quite a few youngsters get very, very drunk at lots of college games. You are so insightful about the culture of football. Think that doesn't happen at A & M?) I also find it revealing that you couldn't make a post once again without comparing yourself to Texas, claiming you played much better defense than they did. The record shows that they gave up 31 points to us, and A & M gave up 27. And we missed a field goal, so it was about the same.TXrebellion wrote:The wife and I had a good time in Oxford. You have a good coach and some good players, especially Manziel. You, however, are deserving of neither. I hope this post of yours is the last we hear from you. I have a terrible impression of Aggie fans because of your comments on this board.

Thanks, beachbum. I went out of my way to try and demonstrate class to someone who wouldn't know it if FedEX delivered it to his doorstep without him having to sign for it.

I really don't know what to think of TXrebellion. 90% of what he writes makes me think he is a troll. If y'all have an ignore function on this forum, I suggest everyone ignoring his posts from here on.
Personally, I had a great time visiting Oxford and can not wait to go back. Y'alls town and campus are beautiful, as well as the rest of Mississippi. Next trip, I may take a week off to tour the area and take in more of Oxford. Everyone we met was very nice and eager to help out in any way possible. The game was about what I expected, 2 teams slugging it out with one barely pulling out a win.
It appears that y'all have a good coach in Freeze and a decent amount of talent on both sides of the ball. Like us, y'all still have a long road to being a top tier team, but I think we are both on the right track. Hopefully after y'alls last couple of showings, other people will start taking y'all more serious. I'd like to see y'all pull of a few conference wins this season and break your current slump/streak.

TXrebellion, do us Aggie fans and Rebels fans a favor and don't post anymore. Your posts are arrogant and condescending and you have been told numerous times to GET OUT! You do not represent A&M well and need to get a clue. No one on this board has any interest in ANY of your posts.
Good game Rebel Fans - I hope you will travel to College Station next year. I think Freeze has you guys moving in the right direction.

He will not be replying to anyones post as I have banned him for good.
I'll repeat my earlier post to him:

That guy was just dumb. It's one thing to be confident. But, show a little tact when visiting someone else's house. And there is a trash talking board on here where pretty much anything goes as long as attacks don't become personal.cajunrebel wrote:He will not be replying to anyones post as I have banned him for good.
