We needed that fieldgoal before the half. Our defense is going to have to step up and start making some plays. For some reason our dbs just don't play the ball well. We should be stomping their offense.

Those announcers are the same guys that called the OM/Vandy game.

Either way this team made adjustments at the half & have been VERY GOOD since.
I am on the golf course if the Rebels aren't on the field.

Yes indeed. Two times now on the road, being down at halftime, this team has shown they won't give up and in both instances have come out on top. Very impressive keeping Texas to 0 points in the second half. Hotty Toddy....Great win for us.

I think I'm happiest for you, Rebchuck. Not that I won't be having a nice big buzz during the open week. This team can and will compete with anyone left on the schedule.

This team doesn't quit and the coaching staff made some great adjustments at the half! Proud to be a Rebel in Austin! Love this team. We need to give Freeze and staff a raise of some sort!

Coaching adjustments at half were flawless. Bo and his boys in second half were flawless. Defense in second half were flawless. Andrew Ritter's dad is my best friend and he was at my house before the game...that 52 yarder before the half was big! And our fans drowned out the 90 + thousand Longhorn fans who are now in total meltdown. Light up that tower UT.. But no orange.....light that baby Red and Blue! Hotty Toddy.

I listened to the post game on the radio....one of the first statements from CHF was " I am blessed to be a part of this team and this organization". First Class!!!
Even a bad day as a Rebel is better than a good day with the dawgs!!!!

Not much to add from me. But, I gotta say this. In the second quarter, when Texas was rolling, there was absolutely no panic from the Ole Miss folks I was sitting around. I told me buddy, as long as we can keep them relatively close by the end of the half that we'd be OK. When we got that field goal, I told my friends that that game was over.

I my 35 years, I don't remember having that kind of confidence about an Ole Miss team.

The one gripe I have about this game(and season in general), is the half-time adjustments. Yes, they are flawless. But, seems we gameplan very well, which is why we jump out to an early lead. But last night and against Vandy, we let them back in it when we really could've put it away. The halftime adjustments are great, I just wish we could make those adjustment a little earlier than waiting til the half.

It's a minor gripe and all I can come up with. Austin is a great town, the people were great, and the game was better.

I don't know who all went and I wish we could've met up. My friend's cousin who lives in Austin was taking us around to see the sites. I ate a burger at HopDoddy's(or HopDaddys?) on Friday afternoon that made me want to slap my momma.

Oh and the unis didn't make me want to puke, but given a choice, I'm still picking the old ones.

And Scott has to be in the running for SEC POY right now, right?
