Crowd will be louder, more "hydrated", anxious and give us a true home field advantage. Love it!

I'm very nervous about this game. It will take a LSU-like effort to come out on top.

Is there ever a game you're NOT nervous about?

I'm nervous about all of 'em--even Troy (5-5, and fighting for a bowl). Once upon a time there was a team called Jacksonville State--well, you get the picture.

Take them one at a time, gentlemen!!

Jacksonville State was all on Houston Nutt, who simply stopped coaching his last two years and picked up a paycheck. It always goes back to the head coach, and we didn't have one who was working in 2010 and 2011. This year's team knows that it must use the Troy game to fine-tune everything for the stretch run and what could be the biggest season record-wise since 2003 and Eli's last year.

Freeze won't have to tell them that, but he will. And they will respond.

Regarding Troy:
My daughter is at Ole Miss, but my son is at UL-Lafayette (and hubby & I are alums).

We went to the UL-Troy game last Thursday night and got there right at kickoff since hubby got off work later than we thought. Anyway, listening to the UL pre-game show on the way there, the announcers said that Troy was the most penalized team in the Sunbelt Conference and basically came out and said "they play dirty". Watching them play it was obvious.....kicking, scratching, etc at the end of plays. Hugh will need to make sure RKdemniche keeps his cool because you can believe they will be targeting him.

They will have an extra two days to prepare since they played Thursday night, but they are definitely beatable. They may put up a fight initially, but they will wear down.

Regarding Mizzou:
I'm glad it's at night! We didn't make Arky and not making Troy ..... 11 am is just a little too early. I too like the night games where everyone has been "Groving" all day and READY for kickoff by evening. Good way to end the regular season and salute seniors!

Ready to win out the season!

This should be a good one. Like already stated, crowd should be electric and packed full. Can't remember last time I've been able to look forward to so many games with confidence, better yet with confidence against top 10 teams...
