So it's obvious we need to go after that juco qb Kelly right? I haven't been impressed with anything Buchanan or Switchblade have done this season and today magnified that. Bo make's some dumb decisions but he still makes enough plays to give us a shot in most games. I can see us having a post-Bo hangover at qb if we don't go find someone.

Are Buchanan and Kincaid Freeze's recruits? If so, he missed. Sad that we can't develop a successor backup for Bo.

Buchanan was recruited by Dan Werner (Freeze)
Kincaide was recruited by Wesley McGriff (Freeze)

Both were 4 stars. Both have been pretty ineffective when they've played. Arkansas, however, played most of the game with a freshman and he was effective enough to not lose it.

I am noticing a trend with out team. Name one player on our team(not just the Offensive line) who has gotten better since this coaching staff has taken over. And I don't mean players like Treadwell, Tunsil, or Nkemdiche who were already ridiculously gifted and just get better and faster b/c that's what talented players like that do. Not one O-Linemen is better outside of Tunsil.

Golson. Golson has gotten better. I can't think of anyone else. It seems like the O-Line has gotten worse as a unit.

Cody, bird, golson, core, sanders, gross, hilton, WALLACE just off the top of my head. I think the coaching staff has done a tremondous job with what they have. Oline is just weak and lack of big backs have kept our offense mellow.

Pretty apparent, coaching staff is weak in certain areas.

Cody Prewitt- No! He's a great athlete, but stats show digression:Image

Bird-Hell no! Serderious best year was 2011 before this staff got here. Look at his stats! I did. He digressed in 2012 & 2013, and might match his 2011 stats this year.

Golson- he's a good as when he started. A true athlete, but I don't give this staff any credit.

Core- maybe, but I'm not sure giving him more carries equals personal improvement! He averaged more yards per carry last year, but was a workhorse this season

Sanders- again, started a hoss, and finished a hoss. Can't take anything away, but he hasn't been coached up. He was injured last year, and has got more receptions late this season cause Treadwell is out.

Gross-seriously? He's had less tackles and assist each season under this staff. Consistent digression.

Hilton-better stats with more playing time, but fewer forced fumbles each season. He's always been a great athlete, but I don't credit his OM coaches.

Wallace-uhh, you judge for yourself! (Stats below) I see digression in his stats, but more troubling is his decision making. He has as many interceptions as last season in 109 FEWER passing attempts.

Stats....I could give a crap about stats. They DO not give a full assessment of a player. Perhaps some of these stats are lower due to other play makers on the field and not just one man doing all the work because I saw a d*** good defense this year and it wasn't just golson doing it. How about I go dig up some below average defensive tackle that will never make it out of college and compare his stats with nkemdiche...will that mean he's better? Anyone in their right mind can see Bo Wallace was a better qb this year. Did I say he's an awesome qb...no, but he has gotten better.

I actually laugh when you say prewitt and golson hasn't gotten better under freeze. Get off the stat sheet and watch them play, then go back and watch a couple of years ago. Difference is, the whole team has gotten better.

I'm assuming you're talking about "coaching up players" or maybe oline since we can't type out an answer. Oline...I can somewhat agree but I just really don't know if we have the talent there to begin with outside of tunsil. It is our weakness, sure coaching has to get better or recruiting(which it is).

Developing players is just utter BS. Don't even know where to begin. This team is light years better than they were a couple years ago. We'll see a lot of them playing on Sundays in the near future.

Let me clarify this, these last few weeks have been disappointing to say the least. And the coaching staff has most of the shoulder to blame. I like this staff and really feel like they're building something great. But, d***, I feel like I'm listening to a bunch of LSU fans.

Yeah both of these QBs were four stars and neither look good. We need a QB and a prize RB. How old are Duce's kids now?
