I'm hearing that the stepdad was in contact with a 'different' agent and was promised a piece of the pie if he could guarantee that big LT would sign with him. So, a different agent gets involved....the step dad starts pressing the mother to help him out because "Hey, its gonna be payday for me!" Mom wants her son to make his own decisions, argument ensues.....mom gets pushed, step dad gets what he deserves.....and now the step dad is trying to derail everything to get back at LT. His first thought was that he would tell everyone about LT talking with the agents, but he has found out that this is not against NCAA rules....so, now he's going deeper and bringing up his recruitment. Again, we're dealing with an unstable idiot who only wants what he can get out of his step-son's situation.
You would think. This should all blow over. Only one hurting is the wallet burning stepdad's butt.JustBlues wrote:Now we learn that Lindsey Miller was arrested previously in Florida for hitting his last wife. How could anyone but a bulldog believe anything this man says?

Sounds to me like Lindsey Miller is a con-man looking for his next mean ticket.

S/B Meal, but maybe not. I have to agree, but he ran into a brick wall with LT and that will end the relationship. NCAA probably won't find a thing.
I'm not so sure that the NCAA is even looking for anything. So far, the only one claiming that the NCAA is involved is Miller and quite frankly, I don't exactly think his word is worth very much. Ole Miss is investigating and will submit a report to the NCAA, but I am beginning to doubt that the NCAA is doing a separate investigation at this point.
Riley Blevins (the person who wrote the CL article) was on one of the podcasts from Rebelsportsradio.com, and he said the only thing that has been confirmed that Lindsey Miller said was that there was an NCAA investigator in the Oxford area. It was actually in Memphis, but that is still the only thing. So far, all is just allegations, regarding all of the NCAA improprieties. So, hopefully that will be all of the story, because the NCAA will have to prove all of the allegations.
From what I saw in the paper today, doubt we have anything to worry about. Read the Oxford Citizen's article by John Davis. It'll make u feel much better.
