Not sure if it was this article or another that I read this am...but the writer said : the game was expected to be a shoot out but OK forgot to bring a gun!!!
Even a bad day as a Rebel is better than a good day with the dawgs!!!!
So proud of the team for showing up for this one. That was the team we thought we were early on in the season. while we're all happy we finally went and WON another sugar bowl, the thought of what could have been will linger for a while. I truly believe that team that played yesterday is one of the best teams in college football.
Freeze is the answer we've been looking for. He has built this program to a serious contender in a very short amount of time. That "fluke" class of 2013 should be proud. They may not have won it all, but they are the reason this program has turned the corner. Looks like another top class coming in next year. The future looks bright...
