Wrong thread but the official game thread for cal won't be for another week. Is anybody on our side going topless for the game? It appears their side will and like they say when in Rome. Maybe we can just play shirts and skins.

a little more clarification

The proposed change applies only to public streets.

Private businesses could still refuse service to people not wearing shirts or shoes.
Even a bad day as a Rebel is better than a good day with the dawgs!!!!

Obviously you haven't been to Spain, Hungary, Poland, etc. in the EU. Every time lunch comes around the women flock to the parks and take it off except the underwear. When it first happened to me in Hungary, I was shocked and had wished that would put it back on. Didn't know women's chests could reach their knees :shock:
