together and not sent east was because of CA & WA's politics:

Did some digging on this. One reason many West Coast schools are grouped together.
* California public schools could not go to regionals in Texas, North Carolina and Mississippi.
* Washington public schools could not go to North Carolina or Mississippi.
Those were two factors.

The state flag caused this.
Stance on gay as well. It’s against the law for them to visit using state funding.

Hurts them and not us really. More California players will be looking for teams outside of CA in the future for sure and they have some ball players. With our run this year we will be a school that players will be contacting in the future. Just get better from here on out unless we get complacent and rest on our success this year. Been there and done that...hopefully learned the lesson the hard way.
