So is Luke.. It is what it is right now.. We don't have SEC players on D and don't have an SEC head guy.. It is going to get a lot worse before it gets better.

So if you buy out the staff who will come in here where it is a mess through out the program to coach or straighten out the mess? These jobs aren’t even good stepping stones to another job with better organization. I didn’t agree with the hires but our administration from top to bottom has blowup. Supposed to be intelligent folks but obviously aren’t. How can you recruit with play like today?
Every time you hire from the heart and not the brain (if you have one) you get burned. Example - Rod Barnes in basketball. Listening to 18-22 year olds about who should be hired to coach is stupid and irresponsible. And we wonder why this is happening in football? Step back and look at this situation from 50000 feet instead at ground level. Then write down what you think will solve the problems.

Maybe we should be more worried about what sharkypoo is wearing in the grove instead of winning football games. This administration is afraid to strive for excellence because they know their place is mediocrity. It’s shameful those who care have to carry the load of embarrassment since the administration and pc lovers aren’t willing and probably not able to have pride in this institution or their own self.
