I do like that Idea, but we are Ole Miss, and we are better than that.

The goal of the defense is to prevent the opponent from scoring.
You don't want the opposing team in your end-zone, then you stop them.
This is football gentlemen, not croquet.

I agree 100%. A football game is 60 minutes, play for 60 minutes.

I Disagree, The point of the TEAM is to win, we had the game won. No need to pile it on, it wouldnt improve our BCS standings..lol. If you just want to P.O. the corndoggers, we did that as good as anyone can do by taking the knee

Nothing was better than sitting in the tiger student section and watch their faces in wonderment. "What are we going to be mad at them about"

Class in a team and coaching won this game, and no better instance was this shown than at that moment. On another note about classlessness,I couldn't believe they were still rushing the kneel the way they did. I don't think anyone looks at that kindly.
I believe that man will not merely endure: he will prevail. He is immortal, not because he alone among creatures has an inexhaustible voice, but because he has a soul, a spirit capable of compassion and sacrifice and endurance.

Glad we took a knee. (A) It shows the Houston Nutt has the class that the mad hatter doesn't. (B) It takes away from buletin board material for next year.

Class is class folks. We live in a world where so many have done classless things that some things don't seem like an issue. The class thing was taking a knee.

The kneel on the one is a smack in the face. They know they couldn't stop us if they tried anyway. It's an easier hand shake for Nutt anyway at the end of the game. :D

It's funny that dufus didn't say "if there had been 5 more minutes we would have won that game". I have always hated him becasue of that comment after the Cotton Bowl, even though we took knees on the 5 when we clearly could have scored again.

Les Miles is a douchbag, and I hope we are seeing what he truely does with his own talent now. The whole Periloux thing could have been avoided if he had treated the kid like anyone else and gave him some boundaries.

wonder what would have happened had he went to hang out with Croom.

I was wanting another score, but Nutt just showed the class act that he was and saved Miles more embarrassment.
