Ole Miss right now could beat anyone in the country if they play like they did against LSU and Moo U. This is just simply Coaching and creating an environment of Fun and Winning. I give our staff much praise. Yes, we have talent, but we had this same talent, (minus Jevan), last year. I was impresssed that most of the game against MSU was played by our second string line, and even the commentators remarked that most of these guys will be back. We are losing some great players like Hardy and Jerry, but Hardy has been absent a lot this year, so I am excited about next season. I think our Defense will be strong next year and our offense will be strong as well. I think Great coaching will take us forward and upward. Recruiting should be better this year because of our success. The future looks positive. Go Rebels.

This is the first time in my Ole Miss fan life that I don't give a dam about next year. I am so happy and excited about our season this year that I am just living in the moment. Even when we were winning every year for so long I was spoiled and wanted more and never appreciated what we were doing. Now after four straight losing seasons I am just overjoyed to be a top 25 program again! A program that has won in the swamp and in death valley in the same year! We are Magnolia Bowl and Egg Bowl champions!

agreeing with Jimbo. If you don't think it's what happens the last five weeks that matters...look at last year's Super Bowl team.

Better yet, look at Kent Austin's Grey cup run last year. What was their record? But when the rubber hits the road, who won the Grey Cup. If they had played that game based on "Rankings"..Austin would have been in the stands.

The best two teams don't always play for that crystal ball...not saying we should...but if we were in an 8 team play off right now..it wouldn't be out of the question.

Hardy is only a junior, but did he declare draft status? I didn't think he would considering his minimal playing time this season, but who knows.

IMHO, Hardy is an unbelievable athlete and very capable of playing at the next level, but due to his injuries this season, he hasn't been playing quite as well as he could. He came on against State with 3 sacks, but i want to see what another offseason could do for him. I think he should stay around for another season to help bring us to the SEC championship, or at least a 10+ win season which is very possible, considering Alabama, Tennessee, and LSU are home games next year. Not saying Tennessee will be a force next year, but late in the season all games are important.
