You Rebel faithful may THINK that you are cognizant of the depth of Hogs fans' animosity for Houston Dale Nutt; but - in reality - you truly have no real conception of the deeply held rancor for your present head coach that permeates the hearts of a great many Hog fans. That is unfortunate, non availing and unproductive - but it is undeniably true. Further, such intensely negative and ignoble sentiments show absolutely no sign of abatement. It is what it is.
I agree wholeheartedly with you Silver. These Ole Miss fans are actually better off than they were with the Big O. I can't argue that fact but they will never understand what really went on in Arkansas for the last few years of his reign. It will never happen there because he is not a native who left their program twice as a player and a coach. Not all his fault though. He is just so polarizing. I hope the best for all. We are all better off. I just hope the fans are respectful to each other. It does not mean we need to invade this site and dominate or stir up hatred. Let it happen naturally if it does at all. I feel closer to Ole Miss fans because they seem to be more closely associated with our status in the SEC than the Alabamas or the Floridas and for sure the LSU crowd. We both are struggling to rise to the next level.

Then please take these fleas and go back to hogville and continue your infatuation with Nutt and his brother.

I'm from the old school, and I don't appreciate such antics whenever and wherever they are practiced. IMHO, a major contributing factor toward this trend has been the rude, unsportsmanlike conduct of many players; it began in the professional ranks and trickled down to the collegiate level. It galls me to see players openly taunt opponents and strut and dance around in celebration like they're the greatest thing to hit civilization since the advent of the wheel. What kind of an example do those kinds of in-your-face bravado and self aggrandizement set for youngsters coming up? I have an extremely low tolerance for such shenanigans; they really pi$$ me off. They're totally unnecessary. They literally scream, "It's all about ME! ME! ME!!!"

No, no, no. You get a Boston Butt pork roast, marinated it for at least 24 hours in 3 parts Dale's to 1.5 parts Allegro meat tenderizer. Heat up your smoker and then throw that Butt onto the fire to sear it for a minute or two (it should flame up and sizzle and cause all kinds of commotion). Then wrap that thing in tin foil, throw it on the smoker for about 2.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on its size. It should smash apart after you take it off the fire. Good with Stubbs BBQ sauce, a little cole slaw, and BBQ bread!
