Potential bad news for Hogs. RB Knile Davis injured left leg during scrimmage. He was carted off the field a few minutes ago. More later.
That news does stink, and could be a big hit to the O, but Dennis Johnson was slated as the starter last year, and was projected to be in the top half of the SEC in rushing before his season ended. He is back, along with Ronnie Wingo Jr., so, while i agree this is bad news, after puking and getting over the initial shock, I think we will be ok. Not as good, but ok.
good luck to him and his rehab.
hate to see anyone go down.

Saying he's going to miss significant time this season. This is the 2nd back we've lost either for the season and/or significant time (top 2 backs actually). Next man up will have to take his place. Still have a deep club and talented. Just going to have to do the RB by committee bit and possibly change up KR situation.
Knile is a great guy with a great story. It's unfortunate and I hope he gets well.

Hearing broken ankle. That's an awful injury for an athlete. Hope he recovers well.
