Malzahn may be coaching for his next job in Gainsville. A big win over Bama could mean another million on his next paycheck.

Not a chance.
Never know. Either a raise or a switch is possible.

I am not saying going to Florida would be the best move. But I would rather be in Florida. That is what I know. But he could very well use it to get a raise.

As a coach, you are exactly right.. That is what you should preach.. But, on a message board, as a fan, "what ifs" are the name of the game.... It is an extremely long shot, but it makes the season a lot more interesting and relevant. I stayed up to watch the end of the Arizona St Oregon St game to root against Arizona St. In years past, I would have cut it off and not given a second thought about two teams from a crap bag conf. If we dont make Atlanta and go 10-2, fine.. Still a heck of a year, but why not enjoy this ride and everything about it? If players are on message boards reading scenarios, we have major issues... They arent, I can assure you...

No way.... I would say Mullen would be the much more logical benefactor of a raise or change in addres...

but the rumor is that the florida administrators don't want anything to do with mullen, which makes sense as they would already know what a jerk he is from his last time there.

Foley and mullen don't like each other at all. No way mullen will be at Fla. next year, ain't gonna happen. And I bet Freeze will be here next year also. So therefore, neither mullen nor Freeze will be at a different local next season.

Freeze isn't going anywhere. This is his dream job. He's a man with a solid, ethical core. He's no Tuberville. On the other hand, Mullen might be tempted to take offers from the Big Ten--such as Michigan. His wife is from Ohio--he met her when she was a sportscaster in Toledo. He's from New England. Not a Southern bone in his body. Think Michigan could pay him plenty to take on Ohio State, where he could refer to them as That School Beneath Us?

Assuming Freeze finishes strong this year. Ole Miss may have a pay raise coming regardless.

Keeping a good staff intact is important. Pay raises ensure that.

I removed them because I thought three large images was a bit excessive. To repeatedly have to see and scroll through them was more of a hassle than needed.

Two images would be plenty fine without the third. Feel free to choose two you prefer best.

Freeze and Sexton are already in talks with Bjork. Look for a new deal completed shortly after the season.

You could be right. I just hear Malzahn is getting hell after those last two losses. He can stay and fix it, or bail and be the hero at Florida. I mean you could take the Florida job and things wouldn't be worse next year!
