Well curious to me that right now the great HDN has a recruiting class that ranks 43 in the nation and probably won't get any better, and Arkansas is 18th in the nation and had a 5-7 record. Somewhere those figures don't add up. But he's your guys problem now!!

you realize as of right now the only difference star-wise b/n AR class and OM is 1 5* and 2 4*. that is it.

OM is in play currently with 6 4* and 5* players, with an extremely good shot at getting more than half (Patterson, Gaines, Cotton, Hardy) and an outside chance at Massie. Not to mention several highly regarded 3* guys are in play as well.
Petrino has tapped out this year's stock in AR, so it is your class that has little chance at improving from its current rank at #8 in the SEC, while OM has a chance (notice I said a chance as there are no definites in this game; I don't deal in absolutes) to improve quite drastically from its current position.

I find that interesting considering Petrino (with 16 freshman and inexperience on both sides of the ball) nearly came with in a few yards of beating ole miss with 4* and 5 * talent (referee mishap). If arkansas can come in a game with emotion like they did this year? Then you can imagine what petrino will be able to do with more talent. I respect petrino for what he was able to do this year with nothing.

I disagree with olemsdave76, arkansas will improve dramatically next year, possibly beyond everyone's expectations. The being #8 in the SEC was to be expected, it was a rebuilding year.I don't think that will happen again next year, nor will there recruiting class be unfamilar with petrino's gameplan.

As for nutt, my hat is off to ya on a exciting year, and getting to a bowl game.Texas Tech is going to be a tough game!!

Next year = Rebs 8-4 or 9-3 depending on injuries.

Who cares about caoaches. Im more worried abou the players on the field, not what the coaches do. Nutts good enough and Petrino is good enough, so shutup and play. Im tired of this crap. Everything is always about our coach. Im gonna be the first to say big ups to the players. Give em some credit. Lets end all this coach talk.

If you don't think coaching matters, were you asleep during Orgeron's tenure?

As for Petrino v Nutt....Petrino has yet to win in a mjor conference....Nutt has....if you said today we could switch Nutt for Petrino....I would say "not no...but HELL NO!"

I am glad the Arky guys are so happy with their coach...but if they really are why do they waste so much time coming over here to talk about their ex-coach? Oh yeah...I forgot...it is basketball season in Fayetteville...but it is still football season in Oxford.

We weren't loaded with 4 and 5 stars this year. Yeah there were some at a few positions, but the great majority of play makers on this team wer 2 and 3 stars. If you do the research, I bet that the star power on AR team this year wasn't much different.
Plus, I never said that AR wasn't going to be improved next season. I said that this year's recruiting class at AR probably wouldn't improve, not the program. It's called reading, try it. BTW, nice attempt to make us think you were a Rebel fan, biker. Epic Fail, Arky.

Right now Arkansas has 4 4* and 1 5* committed on rivals. On scout they have 3 4* and 1 5* . Arkansas also is in around 4 4* players. The should have no problem having a top 25 class. We will wait and see but I dont see us with a better class. Maybe equal when its over. Arkansas will be very much improved. It will be a close game next year. Probably be whoever scores last.

Very improved.

Rebs better get used to the idea of never winning against Arkansas ever again....

Haha, you've gotta love a comedian. Even if he doesn't mean to be one. That's funny stuff right there.

I'm so sick of this trash. We are on a forking Ole Miss board. I have been posting and reading this board for five years and I have never encountered fans this pathetic. I have never even been to an Arkansas board because I don't give a sheet about their program. GET OVER IT! We get it. You don't like Nutt. You got your wish. So shut the fork up and mind your own dam business!

Mods is there any way you can check the Ip Domain when new members register and just automatically block anyone from Arkansas? I hate to punish the few nice fans but it has come to that. I can't even read a single thread that is positive about our football program without some Razorback trash making smart comments. It is beyond old. And God forbid I try to read something about our recruiting class.

I am just really tired of it.

I agree, Chucky...it's time that the mods exercised some kind of "nuclear option" to deal with these trolls.

Hired the Wrong Coach.......and here is something to cheer you up!!!

Ahh, for the good'ole traditional season carols...

You're a mean one, Mr. Nutt.
You really are a heel.
You're as cuddly as a cactus,
You're as charming as an eel.
Mr. Nutt.

You're a bad banana
With a greasy black peel.

You're a monster, Mr. Nutt.
Your heart's an empty hole.
Your brain is full of spiders,
You've got garlic in your soul.
Mr. Nutt.

I wouldn't touch you, with a
thirty-nine-and-a-half foot pole.

You're a vile one, Mr. Nutt.
You have termites in your smile.
You have all the tender sweetness
Of a seasick crocodile.
Mr. Nutt.

Given the choice between the two of you
I'd take the seasick crockodile.

You're a foul one, Mr. Nutt.
You're a nasty, wasty skunk.
Your heart is full of unwashed socks
Your soul is full of gunk.
Mr. Nutt.

The three words that best describe you,
are, and I quote: "Stink. Stank. Stunk."

You're a rotter, Mr. Nutt.
You're the king of sinful sots.
Your heart's a dead tomato splot
With moldy purple spots,
Mr. Nutt.

Your soul is an apalling dump heap overflowing
with the most disgraceful assortment of deplorable
rubbish imaginable,
Mangled up in tangled up knots.

You nauseate me, Mr. Nutt.
With a nauseaus super-naus.
You're a crooked jerky jockey
And you drive a crooked horse.
Mr. Nutt.

You're a three decker saurkraut and toadstool
sandwich
With *beep* sauce

Happy Holidays!!!!
