How many successful 2 point conversions did Alabama and Ole Miss have in the 1969 game?

Name the cities in which this game has been played.
You've just got to learn from the wrong things you've done. I came off the rebound, started looking around, figured out it's time to have a little fun.

Not sure on the first ?

Jackson, Oxford, Tuscaloosa, B'ham, Columbus, Greenville, Montgomery.
Nutt calls the formation the Wild Rebel. Which sure beats the heck out of Orgeron's Wild Boys.

Add Mobile and New Orleans and I believe that would complete the list.

Have no idea on the first question, I would assume more than two.

Yes, on the locations of games played between the two schools and, on the first question, . . . . . . . . .

It took me a while but I was finally able to run it down, I knew from many Archie discussions with my Dad (I was a wee lad in '69) that Archie had 5 Touchdowns in that game, 2 passing and 3 rushing.

So from that fact and taking each scenario, to include missed/made extra points, safeties, and missed/made two point conversions, I was able to deduce that Ole Miss had to have 0 or 1 conversions. The problem was on the Alabama side, I knew that Bama scored the last TD, but I didn’t know how many TDs were included in the previous 25-27 points. I had all but given up, luckily I was able to track down a rundown of the game and from there I got the answer.

Zero, nil, nary a one.

Ole Miss was 0-2 with a missed extra point and Bama was 0-2 also.

Thus there were 4 attempts with none being successful.

Thanks Parrot it was well worth the hunt.
