Can't help but laugh at this guy. Lame is about as fitting a nickname as you could give anyone.
Never thought the SEC would have a comedian head coach.

What exactly is "simulating game-day experiences" that was mentioned as a "secondary" violation?

I hope Kiffin lasts a while-he is not only entertaining, he also makes everyone else look good!

This is stupid to me, but those two infractions involved letting players enter the stadium through smoke machines and putting on a mock press conference.

At this rate, within a few years State fans will say "If Kiffin can coach at UT, we want Sherrill"

That has to be the lamest recruiting tactic ever.

He's an idiot. He's going to soon realize that compared to the Tennessee folks, Al Davis might not have been that bad.

Hate to repeat myself.....but The Circus has indeed come to Knoxville....I imagine that O is probably running around unchecked as well.
I have never liked clowns, but since this is happening to the Orange, it should be fun to watch

I admit I am shocked at all this craziness coming from Knoxville. But, I believe we will all be suprised by UT this year. There is no reason they shouldn't be much improved with this kind of staff. I know O is unpopular, but the man is a great line coach. If the rest of Kiffin's assistants are that good then the Vols will be tough.

No reason? How about quarterback.
They are still stuck with Stephens and Crompton because Kiffin scared away Tahj Boyd.

Really? O is a great coach?
Tell me about the saints line last year?
Their defense? that was the strong part, right?

Orgeron has never proven anywhere that he is a good on the field coach...it is becoming glaringly apparent that the USC asst's have been bathed in the aura of Pete carroll, but when they leave him they become mere mortals.
O's own d-linemen at USC talked about how they got tired of his crap...how long do you think they will tolerate it in Knoxville?

Alert the presses. Rebchuck and I are agreeing on something.
A public leadership position, no less! (sort of)

I was unaware of O's linemen from USC speaking out against him. But they're lines were always good. And the Saints dline was much improved last year. Their secondary still sucked but I thought there was a noticeable difference in their line.
Maybe I'm wrong. I just see 8 or 9 wins from them this year.
