wolfpack D looking pretty good against the cocks; Garcia started out looking like version 2.0, but seems to have regressed...

More often than not, I agree with you, fis.

But, mis-cues be damned, the obc's defense gave up a whopping 3 points. Not a bad outing in my book.

But can we classify NC State as even a descent offense?

SoCar has a good defense, but NCState looked horrible offensively. That QB is really the only quality weapon they have and their OL is horrible. Defensively they didn't appear to have many high-caliber athletes, so not sure what that says about USC's offense.

Well to quote the obc,'our offense was not very good', post game interview. NCS D gave em all they could handle and spent most of the night on the field. wolves' O looked limp at best - 1 good play that was called back. If we can't take the cocks - thurs nite game or not - then we don't deserve to be ranked in the top 15 - even.

The D is for real. Norwood and #83 come off the edges hot, but Nebraskas LT was a converted G so that tells you something. Garcia could be good, but he just seems to try to run the ball if the first option is covered. He did make the play of the game hittin that WR on 3rd & 4 so thats what really matters in the end. And that freshman Gilmore made that great play in the endzone just after getting the PI call. SC is a good team, but I honestly dont see them beating us if we play our game.

I thought we should've handled SC last year, but we made Garcia look like Drew Brees. Our turnovers didn't help either. I'll be surprised if we gift wrap one this year.

Nebraska? They were playing North Carolina State.

Smelley was the QB last year in that game, not Garcia.

The Gamecocks didn't exactly strike fear in my heart. But I wouldn't count them out, either.

The SC D looked good but I watched the game today on dvr and NC State dropped balls and made stupid mistakes that cost themselves at least 14 points..

our offense vs NC State offenses is men against boys but if we turn the ball over like we did last year we will lose to SC..
