Surgery

Just to let you all know my daughter who is 6 is having surgery on Wednesday. She has Spina Bifida. I will be home Thursday with an update on how things went.

I feel for you. Been through two open heart sx with young son. Keep your faith and focus on one day at a time.

but praying for you as well. Isn't it always the parents that suffer the most emotionally? Stay strong in your faith, dad...she will need you. GOD BLESS!

The surgery went well. The shunt is in place and there seems to be no rejection to it. Thank you all for your support.
She is back to her happy self. :thumb:
