I say line them both up in the wild rebel! The defense wouldn't know what to expect! I'm kinda shocked we haven't seen this already. Maybe we will soon. I know I'm just a girl and don't know much about football so.....What do ya'll think?

I'm with ya. I say split them in an otherwise empty backfield and have them each standing there calling for the ball. Endless possibilities.hottytoddyrebelgirl23 wrote:I say line them both up in the wild rebel! The defense wouldn't know what to expect! I'm kinda shocked we haven't seen this already. I honestly believe Nutt has not tapped all the way into the playbook yet. Many of the players have made those statements.
Rule #1.......Don't panik
Now is the time to implement anything we can....hold nothing back...the meat of our schedule lies before us, and I don't want to be dinner for the three A's....badmotorfinger wrote:I honestly believe Nutt has not tapped all the way into the playbook yet. I think (err, hope) that Nutt was predicting that we be undefeated coming into this game and has plays that we have not seen yet -- holding for this part of our schedule. With us not being undefeated, I am assuming that he stuck to the plan.... I honestly believe that having Stanley and Masoli on the field together is in our playbok somewhere.
Here's to hoping, assuming, and believing.........

I am an OM fan second to the Hogs. Unfortunately the only thing new coming from HDN's play calling at this point in the season is probably a trick play or two. What you have seen is what you will need to get used to for as long as he is the coach. That said, I think he is a good coach that will always win a few games no one expected him to win. Unfortunately his predictability in play calling and refusal to let anyone else do it will lead to great running backs and an 8 or 9 man front from the opposing defense.
I hope you beat Bammer this week.
