On behalf of our fans and even the moderators here (who have a similar thread stickied but obviously this needs addressed) at Rebel Faithful, let me please extend a warm welcome and urge that if you're here to chat about our coaching move almost 5 years ago, please direct your efforts to the trash talking forum as it has already been decided any hogs will be washed from this board if they post negative bollocks in here.

If you're here to try to be reasonable football fans, enjoy yourselves.

Top 3 things that we don't want to see:

1. "Arkansas fan chiming in about Nutt" or any post with any similar title. With all due respect, we don't care, we've seen it a thousand times since 11/27/07, and don't appreciate your input.
2. "We feel your pain" or any post with a similar title. See above explanation.
3. "We told you so." or any post with a similar title. As of right now, Nutt is 2-1 against your school. When it's 2-2 and he's fired, you may have warned us, but we still had a shorter attention span for his antics than your administration.

Enjoy yourselves.

You said all that to say this: "As of right now, Nutt is 2-1 against your school." If you don't want to hear about it, why are you bating them? Can you blame anyone for replying, "Arkansas played '08 & '09 with Nutt's recruits and Nutt played with Orgeron's players."?

Eh, they've still been warned sufficiently now. If they're smart they take the bait to the trash talking forum.

First of all I am a committed Razorback fan, but I'm not here to degrade Ole Miss. I'll simply say that I do feel what many Ole Miss fans are feeling in regard to Houston Nutt. He started out on fire at Arkansas in 1998. He did inherit good players and had a few great years. Then Ark has some probation problems during which we experienced a couple of losing seasons. People began to moan and the pressure began to mount. I truly believe that #1, Houston Nutt did not recruit consistently well while at Arkansas and we experienced some lean years. #2 Houston Nutt could not develop a QB, much like Ole Miss is experiencing. His last two years were disasterous. And to make a long story short, he was pressured out of town. I think he was foolish to come to Ole Miss NOT because Ole Miss is not a storied institution, but because HDN would be forced to play Arkansas every year, which brings bones of contention every year and inspires brainless and worthless posting from Ark and Ole Miss fans alike. I have nothing against Ole Miss. As a matter of fact, I've been to Oxford and Jackson for Arkansas games and had a great time. But I truly understand your predicament. I know it's not fun, because the last years with Nutt at Arkansas were torturous.

I really, honestly am amazed. I never realized that there were this many Arky fans who knew how to write.

Hogs fan here and I come in peace. As an Arkansas fan I know what y'all are going through these days and I wouldn't wish it on any fanbase (well, except Texas' and Notre Dame's). Ole Miss being down doesn't help anyone - especially the Ole Miss fans, the team, and on a lesser note, the SEC. True football fans know this and I truly hope that Ole Miss rights itself before long and becomes a force in the SEC again. That being said, I hope my Hogs win this coming weekend by about 37-10 and that it is injury-free. Go Hogs!!!

I appreciate the civility of this paragraph but again, we'd still kill for him to pull a 10 win season out of something like the 2006 season with yall.
