Artist Glennray Tutor Donates Found Artwork to Support VOX Press
Artist Glennray Tudor is known for his photorealistic works of art. His paintings and prints are sold in leading galleries. In 1992 he created a series of paintings and prints featuring the University of Mississippi football team.
One of these prints "The Sack" was lost with only a few being sold after the initial printing. Recently discovered the remaining few prints have been returned to the artist. Glennray Tutor invites you support this small literary press by making a donation to win this "lost" print.
April 23, 2012 VOX PRESS ARTISTS SERIES presents "An Evening with Chris Offutt" at the Power House Arts Center in downtown Oxford, Mississippi. The event will feature readings from Offutt's early and later works, as well as a public discussion with Offutt at the end of the evening. Chris Offutt is the author of the award winning fiction and memoir collections, Kentucky Straight and The Same River Twice. He has also written for the highly acclaimed HBO television show True Blood and Showtime's Weeds.
Glennray Tutor has donated one of the rare signed football prints titled “The Sack” to VOX. The print will be given away to during the event on April 23rd, 2012.
