That we break our 15 game SEC losing streak? After ingesting last nights game....I came away with some obvious positives. The first thing was the way our defense competed in the 2nd half. Get this guys: our team WON the 2nd half of the ball game by outscoring the tide 7-6. I think coach Freeze can point to that and tell our guys that we won half of the game against the best team in the country. I hope our defense takes pride in the way they played and plays with that much pride the rest of the season. Our pass defense is horrible though. We face a qb this week that has torched every team he plays because a and m passes the ball every single down. I am worried about our qb situation.......I think the announcers said it best; we just don't have the right qb for this offense yet. Last but not least I finally get to ask....... GUYS..... IS THIS WEEK FINALLY GOING TO BE THE WEEK WE CHOKE SLAM THAT d*** MONKEY OFF OUR BACKS AND BREAK THAT 15 GAME SEC LOSING STREAK? For the love of God let this be the week!

Some may call this selfish....but I am sick of hoping to be competitive...I wan't a SEC win. I firmly believe that once we get this first one it will relax our guys and help them focus because it will be out of the way. Our season truly begins now. Alabama is out of the way. Every remaining game on our schedule is winnable if we play like we did yesterday (on defense) and limit our turnovers on offense.

It's so good to finally feel that way again.

LIKE! and I'd add fix ST

We will break that streak soon, if not this Saturday. Saw too much improvement last night not to think we can be very competitive with the next three teams on the schedule. Which, BTW, is not to say the last four games are not in play, either.

A win this weekend is possible.....if the defense is as prepared as they were last week and we have a decent passing game it is possible

Zero chance this week is the first week of anything but continuing what has been going on..
