Okay, I will defend Freeze

I do think rebelliousb is right that we need to drop this & move on, but I do think Freeze is doing the best he can with what he has to work with. I do think that the players are giving much better effort this year. While we do have some quality, we simply do not have enough. This team lives by gambling & when we are wrong, we generally pay a big price. Now, that being said, I believed A&M took the opening kickoff & less than a minute had a touchdown. I recall that we had al least one fourth down conversion. After we were denied the safety, A&M took the ball 100 yards in just a few plays to score a touchdown. Normally the percentages would have been for us to kick the ball on the play this board is obsessed with & play defense. As explosive as they were & with us having less than a yard to win the game, I total agree with Freeze going for the first down. Now for the play call, there again, he is the coach, he should have known the highest percentage call for the situation. I am not going to second guess that.
To be perfectly honest with y’all, I was more upset having to defend my wife & daughter setting in section E against A&M fans that erupted the last 2 minutes of the game. I do not appreciate the Ole Miss season ticket holder that supplied these visitors with tickets.

I will not just say the coach should know best..because...well look at the last two years.

I still like coach Freeze, believe he is moving the Rebels in the right direction. I listened to his defense of why he went with a shotgun on fourth and 1, and will trust his judgment on that.
Looking forward to the Auburn game.
