I love how all the state fans are acting like Bo was such a terrible person for saying that and that their players have so much class and would never do anything like that

For stating the facts? the truth? the obvious? Well fans who decorate bamie's campus with 'we believe' signs are nothing if not delusional.
Way to go Bo keep feeding 12 and the SEC and ESPN may lose those scales so firmly affixed to their eyes. St never will.

Now if banks goes nfl - imagine him against #17 #80 etc.......good luck to him.

Soo very much agree. Banks is a great player, but was torn apart a bit in the Egg Bowl. He (Banks) will be an okay NFL-er, and it just goes to show how Ole Miss is looking up. To me, this is alot like the Falcons. A rebound with a quickness.

I also like that our boys are doing their do on the blog..

We hafta have that.

Know I am an old stick in the mud and y'all know what I think Bo has meant to this team but I don't care for this from any of our players much less our quarterback. You think Eli would do this? I think stuff like this makes us look like State. Very Starkville. You let your play do your talking. 41-24 ...enough said! We are through with State. On to bigger and BETTER things. Let Mullen and his crew do this tacky stuff. I know y'all disagree with me on this stuff but I say win with class...don't show your ass.

State fans got hold of Bo's # the week before the egg bowl. I think he had to get a new phone. So any turnabout on his part is fair play IMHO. And if he gives bitter than he got, good for him! I don't agree most of the time with lowering standards, so I agree with you there Chuck. However, I also believe (based on my experience) that the best way to handle a bully ( no pun intended) is to smack em in mouth! If it's via twitter, so be it.

This reminds me of something that happened this past weekend.....gotta share.....
At a kid's birthday party this weekend.....i was, as usual, wearing an ole miss dry-fit shirt. State guy walks up to me because he has noticed my shirt.
State guy: "boy, those ole miss shirts sure have come out of storage haven't they?"
me: "#1....i ALWAYS wear me ole miss gear...regardless of games or records....always. #2...i said that same thing to State folks about 3 years ago....those same state folks put their stuff right back in storage about a week ago...."

Dude walked away without even a word.......typical.

Preachermatt83 had just said Bo shouldn't have won the Conerly, so it's pretty much open-season on him as far as I'm concerned.

There is a guy that lives around the corner from me that has had a State flag outside his house all year...even after the losses after 7-0....I looked every morning on my way to work and it was always out there. After the Egg Bowl...it was not up anymore....and still isn't back up.
