I should not be happy at other people's pain, but in this case I will dance on his bald head. Ray Nagin did more to divide the city along race lines (chocolate city) and cheated every step of the way (as most Nola politicians did/do) while watching New Orleans fall apart post Katrina. The oil industry quickly left along with a lot of white collar jobs and he did nothing to help save the city.

Hell an indictment is a prerequisite to run for public office in Louisiana..
But this guy was a bad guy.

I could not agree more cajunreb. He has divided the N.O. as bad as Obama has divided the U.S.
