And we did so without our best player. This team is, in all probability, not going to sniff the NCAA's ( and to me, that is fine), but we start the conference season with a dub, and that should make people associated with Ole Miss happy enough.
Yes, this team is, per as usual, not great at the line. Perhaps fundamentally, the team, again, per as usual, lacks. My stance in defense of that is the over-all scrappy demeanor that they play with. Our guys have little quit in them, and whereas they just defeated a sub-par team, that team was a conference team. That is just a step forward.
Forward is good.

We looked BAD.....No free throw shooting, rebounding very weak and where standing around flat
footed. I had STATE marked as a win-win but not so sure about tomorrow....Had AZ-UCLA on later
last nite I don't think we have a team in the SEC that is ready for them...Still early but we really
looked bad....

Our big men jump for blocksand dunks but have no clue on garden tool to block out for rebounds and never jump for a rebound
