To put this accomplishment, so far, in perspective:
1) it's the equivalent of making the final four in basketball
2) it's the equivalent of making the four team playoff for the national championship in football
You have to look long and hard, and decades back, to find an equivalent to this accomplishment in the entire long history of Ole Miss major sports!
No matter what happens from here on out Bianco, staff and team have made a legendary accomplishment.
Having said that, lets win this d*** thing...bring on UVA!!

We need to jump on UVA early. Their bullpen is tough.
I agree. Our offense is going to have to be what leads us from here on out because our bullpen is a little stretched at this point. I think we need to start Massie tonight for 4-5 innings and then switch to Ellis to try to close it out. I believe in our pitching staff and I don't think we will necessarily need an offensive explosion to beat VA, but I do think we need to take an early lead so that our staff can pitch confidently and aggressively and not defensively.

Would be karma with whipped cream and a cherry on top if we could stand in the way of Virginia playing for the title the way they stood in our way of going to the CWS. Maybe, just maybe, I'll get a wedding present on Saturday of Ole Miss playing for the National Championship. But if not, this has been one helluva show and fantastic pub for the baseball program. They can't play the video of our 'beer/power' showers enough. #1 fan base, gameday traditions and facilities in the country. Yes, better than LSU!

I have consistently believed that this team is as complete a team as there is in the NCAA tourney ( and more complete than any except maybe Virginia), but what put my belief over the top was when that little kid, Short, went toe to toe with and really overpowered that Goliath for TCU. I think these kids believe. Will still take a monumental performance to beat UVA two in a row, but I think we are the remaining team with the best shot to do it!
