Blue Hose predictions

How can you hate a team called The Blue Hose?
I will not predict a score. I admit that some of these predictions are pretty obvious. Hopefully I can provide a few that will be controversial, but that might be tough unless I totally make something up. This game is as much a sure thing as any you'll see in football.
Bo will be on a picth count this week and next to rest his arm for the final two games. He will get limited time against the hose.
Both other QBs will get plenty of playing time. Buchanan will have a good game overall and Kincade will reel off a couple of good runs.
We will be very run heavy, at least for Ole Miss.
Some time during the game we will simulate a two minute drill.
Injured players will get a lot of rest the next two weeks and will see very limited action against the hose. Tunsil will likely not play. He will spend most of the week in the weight room going through range of motion stuff with very little resistance.
Bryon Bennett, Woodrow Hamilton and Keith Lewis are the names that will be big on defense this week.

I just don't want anybody to get hurt this week as we limp into a much needed bye week.

I have injured myself the last two weeks in a row. I hope that I don't get injured again jumping up off the couch.

Too funny and too true. I got a nice bruise from the coffee table Saturday night. I'll leave it at that.

I wouldn't mind seeing most of the starters sitting most of the game. Especially the ones who have even a hint of a injury. It will be a good time to reward the young guys who are working hard in practice.

As bad as we want it to be....
Hopefully Bo only plays the first quarter. Get Ryan and Kincade some time..

From reports on practices the 2 backups are getting the most reps. I doubt you see Bo in for more than 2 series. I would bet we run the ball a lot, too.

In that case, 24-10

My 7 year old grandson is at his first Ole Miss football game. He just had his mom text me that this is the greatest day of his life!!! How I wish I could have been there.

That's the great thing about these easy out-of-conference games. They are great for taking kids to. I love talking to the kids at these games that are at their first college football game.

Vince Sanders stepping up to the plate. Two catches, two touchdowns. He may have 100 yards receiving well before halftime at this rate. Wilkins is half way to 100 yards rushing with just one carry.
