That's chad kelly's face photoshopped on the guy with the gun. Freeze, of course, on the other. I think the actual scene is from Eastbound and Down. Some of the guys over at Rivals have fully embraced the 'Machine Gun' Kelly moniker some folks are using. It's funny.

I like it! Actually a catchy nickname for a QB! I think the fan base will embrace "Machine Gun Kelly"! Gun is already slang for a good passing arm.
