Interesting that he has this talent. Did he play in the HS band during halftime as well?

I'll hang up and listen.

I have an eery feeling he is going to be this generation's Ricky Williams. A decent year or 2 in the NFL then disappear only to be found 2 months later living in a tree or something...

from SEC COuntry....

With the off-the-field issues surrounding Ole Miss defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche over the past two weeks, many have wondered what impact it would have on his NFL draft status.

If a report from NFL.com analysts Charles Davis, Daniel Jeremiah and Lance Zierlein is any indication, the 6-foot-4, 296-pounder will have plenty of explaining to do prior to the 2016 NFL Draft.

According to the report, an AFC personnel director said, “I know he gets a ton of attention, but I’m leery … actually, I would stand on a table and tell my franchise to not take him in the top 15 picks.”

Of course, Nkemdiche recently made headlines after falling at least 15 feet from an Atlanta hotel room. He was charged with possession of marijuana following the incident. However, those comments were made prior to Nkemdiche’s recent trouble, according to the report.

In addition to the off-the-field worries, the anonymous personnel director pointed out Nkemdiche is not a natural pass rusher and has a history of not finishing plays.

Obviously, Nkemdiche is an elite talent, but there’s no doubt many franchises will have plenty of questions they want answered before pulling the trigger on Nkemdiche early in the first round.

Nkemdiche declared for the NFL draft after being suspended for Ole Miss’ trip to the Sugar Bowl earlier this week.
