Does the band offer out of state waivers for out of state students that make the band? My child is really working hard to qualify for the early entry program through the school of pharmacy.

My wife got a full scholarship for being the feature twirler for Ole Miss back in the late 70's and she was from Nashville...I think border states get the OOS FEE waved...however I really don't know anything officially.
