Rebs take down tigers. Came out swinging it well and got a early lead. Let them back in late but get the win reguardless. Needed a good day at the plate for this coming weekend.

Always good to beat Memphis.. They have been a thorn in the side. These games matter when you are trying to host.

It's always good to see the bats going strong. We've done a great job at the plate in every game except Sunday. If we stay consistent at the plate, this team can be scary good.

I don’t think we’ve done well at the plate myself but maybe I’m a little more critical than others. I saw LOTS of bad swings throughout the weekend. I’m not saying Winthrop is terrible but they’re not the cream of the crop. It’s still early so the jury is out and plenty of time to put it together.
